1.gif - 49 Bytes The main problems regarding soil quality are caused by thoughtless economic activities, especially in agriculture and industry, as well as by natural processes such as soil acidification and a decrease of organic matter, which are closely related to the decline in agricultural production.

The main environmental problems caused by agriculture are pollution of water bodies from manure storage sites not compliant with the environmental protection requirements, degradation of soil and overgrowing of agricultural land.
